Abstract:

新医科建设及AI2.0时代赋予医学影像学教学改革新的方向、思路和技术。针对传统教学中存在的问题及不足,我们以影像核医学为例,充分利用新医科、5G网络、ChatGPT提供的有利条件,从教学目标的制定、教学视频的录制与发布、视频知识回顾、课堂教学、课程思政、课堂总结、线上及线下互动、建立多元评价体系八个模块精心设计、完善,构建一种高质量的医学影像学翻转课堂教学模式。该模式联合应用LBL、PBL、CBL及ChatGPT,优势互补,旨在提高课堂效率,培养学生的综合能力,取得了良好的效果。
The advent of new medical sciences and the advent of AI2.0 technology have provided fresh directions, ideas, and techniques for the reform of medical imaging education. Addressing the issues and limitations inherent in traditional teaching methods, this study uses nuclear medicine imaging as an exemplar to fully leverage the opportunities presented by new medical sciences, 5G networks, and ChatGPT. We meticulously designed and refined eight modules, which include the establishment of teaching objectives, the production and dissemination of teaching videos, video knowledge review, in-class teaching, integration of ideological and political education into the curriculum, classroom summarization, and the facilitation of online and offline interactions, as well as the creation of a multifaceted evaluation system. Our goal is to develop an innovative flipped classroom teaching model for medical imaging that harnesses the synergistic benefits of LBL, PBL, CBL, and ChatGPT. This model is intended to enhance classroom efficiency and foster students’ comprehensive abilities, and it has demonstrated promising results.
