慢性疼痛患者疼痛相关因素的调查与心理干预分析
Investigation and Psychological Intervention Analysis of Pain Related Factors in Patients with Chronic Pain

目的：探讨慢性疼痛患者疼痛相关因素及心理干预方法。方法：从我院收治的慢性疼痛患者中抽取病例参与研究，样本容量为158例，时间范围为2020年4月至2023年4月。对158例患者进行疼痛因素分析和心理干预，评估疼痛干预的具体效果。结果：Logistic回归分析显示，慢性疼痛患者疼痛感受与慢性疼痛史、入院时焦虑抑郁评分、入院时SF-12得分、入院时PSQI得分有关(P < 0.05)。经过心理干预后，患者的VAS、SDS、SAS评分均低于心理干预前(P < 0.05)。结论：慢性疼痛患者疼痛感受与多重因素相关，临床治疗护理时应当重点关注患者慢性疼痛史，加强对生活自理能力较差、睡眠质量较差患者的护理干预，同时给予必要的心理干预引导，为患者创造相对良好的康复环境。
Objective: To explore pain related factors and psychological intervention methods in patients with chronic pain. Method: A total of 158 patients with chronic pain admitted to our hospital were selected for the study, with a sample size ranging from April 2020 to April 2023. Conduct pain factor analysis and psychological intervention on 158 patients to evaluate the specific effects of pain intervention. Result: Logistic regression analysis showed that the pain perception of patients with chronic pain was related to their history of chronic pain, anxiety and depression scores at admission, SF-12 scores at admission, and PSQI scores at admission (P < 0.05). After psychological intervention, the VAS, SDS, and SAS scores of the patients were lower than before psychological intervention (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The pain perception of patients with chronic pain is related to multiple factors. Clinical treatment and nursing should focus on the patient’s history of chronic pain, strengthen nursing interventions for patients with poor self-care ability and poor sleep quality, and provide necessary psychological intervention guidance to create a relatively good rehabilitation environment for patients.
