Abstract:

成渝地区双城经济圈位于“一带一路”和长江经济带交汇处,是西部陆海新通道的起点,在国家发展大局中具有独特而重要的战略地位。本文选取成渝双城经济圈36个区县2016~2022年的统计数据,分析近年来成渝双城经济圈发展态势及一体化协调程度。首先,构建科技创新和区域经济发展评价指标体系,然后,采用熵值法对近几年科技创新和区域经济发展进行测度,最后,计算并分析成渝双城经济圈各区县的耦合协调度。结果表明:2016年来,成渝双城经济圈发展呈波动状态,在耦合协调度方面,受2019年底新冠疫情影响,2020年耦合协调度及发展态势有明显下降,随着各行各业陆续的复工,市场经济逐渐复苏,耦合协调度有逐渐上升趋势。
The Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle is located at the intersection of the “One Belt and One Road” and the Yangtze River Economic Belt, which is the starting point of the new land and sea passage in the west, and has a unique and important strategic position in the overall situation of national development. This paper selects the statistical data of 36 districts and counties of The Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle from 2016 to 2022 to analyze the development trend and integration coordination degree of The Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle in recent years. Firstly, the evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation and regional economic development is constructed, then the entropy method is used to measure scientific and technological innovation and regional economic development in recent years, and finally, the coupling coordination degree of each district and county in The Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle is calculated and analyzed. The results show that since 2016, the development of The Chengdu-Chongqing Double-City Economic Circle has been fluctuating. In terms of coupling coordination degree, affected by the COVID-19 at the end of 2019, the coupling coordination degree and development trend have decreased significantly in 2020. With the resumption of work in various industries and the gradual recovery of market economy, the coupling coordination degree has a gradual upward trend.
