浅谈新形势下辅导员工作室思考与建设——以泰山科技学院“职未你”辅导员工作室为例
Discussion on the Thinking and Construction of Counselor’s Studio under the New Situation—Taking “Job Not You” Counselor Studio of Taishan College of Science and Technology as an Example

党的二十大报告明确提出，要实施就业优先战略，就业是最基本的民生。随着疫情结束，后疫情时代开启，但大学生“慢就业”、“缓就业”、“懒就业”现象普遍存在，在新形势下促进高校毕业生充分高质量就业需要全院全员之力，因此与就业、大学生职业生涯规划相关的辅导员工作室建设尤为重要，本文以泰山科技学院“职未你”辅导员工作室为例，对新形势下辅导员工作室思考与建设进行分析阐述。
The 20th Report of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward that we i should mplement the strategy of employment priority, and employment is the most basic people’s livelihood. With the end of the epidemic and the opening of the post-epidemic era, the phenomenon of “slow employment”, “slow employment” and “lazy employment” is widespread among college students. In the new situation, it requires the efforts of all college staff to promote the full high-quality employment of college graduates, therefore, the construction of counselor studios related to employment and college student career planning is particularly important. This paper takes the “Job Not You” counselor studio of Taishan College of Science and Technology as an example. This paper analyzes the thinking and construction of the counselor’s studio under the new situation.
