基于SWOT分析的湖北省高等教育发展战略研究

为了加速推进教育式现代化，建设高质量教育体系，率先全面建成教育强省，湖北省制定了关于教育发展的“十四五规划”。高等教育是教育体系中的重要环节，湖北省高校数量众多，高等教育的发展对湖北省来说更是重中之重。本文结合湖北省教育发展的“十四五规划”并运用SWOT分析法，结合省内外部环境，对湖北省目前的高等教育情况进行深入分析，探寻优劣势，找到未来高等教育的发展方向，提升湖北省高等教育的整体质量。
In order to accelerate the modernization of education, build a high-quality education system, and take the lead in building a strong education province, Hubei Province has formulated the “14th Five-Year Plan” on education development. Higher education is an important link in the education system, and Hubei Province has a large number of colleges and universities, and the development of higher education is a top priority for Hubei Province. This paper combines the “14th Five-Year Plan” for the development of education in Hubei Province and uses SWOT analysis, combined with the internal and external environment, to analyze the current situation of higher education in Hubei Province, to explore the strengths and weaknesses, to find the direction of the future development of higher education, and to improve the overall quality of higher education in Hubei Province.
