基于多源数据的南京小西湖街区活力策略研究
Research on Nanjing Xiaoxihu Neighborhood Vitality Strategy Based on Multi-Source Data

深入贯彻党十九大精神，着力解决城市发展过程中历史建筑屡遭破坏、拆除等突出问题，确保各时期重要城乡历史文化遗产得到系统性保护，为建设社会主义文化强国提供有力保障。本次研究以南京市小西湖历史街区为例，笔者通过对当前小西湖街区百度地图热力图、兴趣点POI点要素作为数据来源并结合空间句法理论对小西湖街区进行综合分析，探寻小西湖历史街区空间活力特点，并从小西湖历史街区时间和空间维度两方面进行分析，以确定影响空间活力因素主要以该区域业态类型、街巷空间结构为主要影响因素。
To thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, efforts should be made to address prominent issues such as the frequent destruction and demolition of historical buildings in the process of urban development, and ensure the systematic protection of important urban and rural historical and cultural heritage from various periods, providing strong support for building a socialist cultural power. Taking the Xiaoxihu historical block in Nanjing as an example, the author conducts a comprehensive analysis of Xiaoxihu block by using the heat map of Baidu Map and POI (Points of Interest) as data sources, combined with the spatial syntax theory. This research explores the spatial vitality characteristics of Xiaoxihu historical block and analyzes it from both temporal and spatial dimensions. It is determined that the main factors affecting spatial vitality are the types of business and the spatial structure of streets and alleys in the region.
