乡村集市空间活态更新研究——以常州琵琶墩村为例
Research on Rural Market Space Active State Renewal—Taking Pipadun Village in Changzhou as an Example

从2017年开始实施乡村振兴战略，到2020年实现脱贫攻坚目标，乡村已经成为了以现代城镇化为核心的城乡融合发展的重要支撑，而高质量的乡村发展也是新时期的主题。当前国家大力提倡对乡村的保护与更新，乡村的发展关系到当地原住民的生活水平和城镇发展。乡村集市作为乡村产业实现体之一，随着时代和社会的发展，它的转型和发展问题值得关注，如何促进内部空间的活态更新，平衡传统集市空间与现代乡村生活，是有待研究的重要课题。本文通过研究常州琵琶墩村的场地情况，进行乡村集市空间的活态更新设计，从文化、情感、功能角度出发，研究保护与更新的策略，塑造乡村创意集市空间。将村落的集市空间在活态保护的基础上进行有机更新，保留地域性文化特色的同时进行创新改进，打造出适合当地村民和游客共存的公共空间，从而推进宜居宜业和美乡村建设。
From the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in 2017 to the goal of poverty alleviation by 2020, rural areas have become an important support for the integrated development of urban and rural areas with modern urbanization as the core, and high-quality rural development is also the theme of the new era. At present, the state vigorously advocates the protection and renewal of rural areas, and the development of rural areas is related to the living standards of local aborigines and the development of urban areas. As one of the realizations of rural industry, with the development of the times and society, the transformation and development of the rural market is worthy of attention, and how to promote the renewal of the internal space and balance the traditional market space with modern rural life is an important topic to be studied. This paper studies the site situation of Pipadun Village in Changzhou, carries out the living renewal design of the rural market space, and studies the strategies of protection and renewal from the perspectives of culture, emotion and function, so as to shape the rural creative market space. The market space of the village will be organically renewed on the basis of living protection, and the regional cultural characteristics will be retained while innovating and improving, so as to create a public space suitable for the coexistence of local villagers and tourists, so as to promote the construction of livable, workable and beautiful villages.
