随着互联网技术的飞速发展，个人信息泄露已经成为一个备受关注的议题。对于“扫码点餐”这类日常生活内容，如何在便利和隐私保护之间取得平衡，成为摆在我们面前迫切需要解决的问题。本文以生活中常见的“扫码点餐”为例，将探讨当前我国个人信息保护法律框架下，针对“扫码点餐”存在的个人信息保护问题提出建议，旨在规范有关个人信息保护的相关法律，提升透明度和合理性，完善监管机制，以及建立健全的救济渠道，从而保护用户的个人信息安全，推动我国个人信息保护事业的健康发展。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, personal information disclosure has become a topic of concern. How to strike a balance between convenience and privacy protection for daily life content such as “scanning QR codes to order meals” has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved in front of us. This article takes the common practice of “scanning QR codes to order meals” in daily life as an example to explore the current legal framework for personal information protection in China. Suggestions are proposed to address the personal information protection issues related to “scanning QR codes to order meals”, aiming to standardize relevant laws on personal information protection, improve transparency and rationality, improve regulatory mechanisms, and establish sound relief channels to protect the personal information security of users and promote the healthy development of personal information protection in China.
