数字时代平台劳动者劳动权益的法律保障研究

随着数字技术的快速发展，数字平台经济日益成为推动经济发展的重要内容，同时也快速催生出了大量的平台劳动者。随着平台用工规模的不断扩大，平台劳动者劳动权益的保障应当引起重视。出于对劳动者劳动权益的保护，本研究从平台劳动者所应具备的劳动权益与劳动权益侵权的主要现象入手，对劳动权益难以保障的原因进行分析，通过健全法律法规，健全行业监管；签订劳动合同，强化规范用工；促进网络互联，实现信息公开等措施，以期有效保障平台劳动者的劳动权益。
With the rapid development of digital technology, the digital platform economy has increasingly become an important part of promoting economic development, and it has also rapidly spawned a large number of platform workers. With the continuous expansion of the scale of platform employment, the protection of labor rights and interests of platform workers should be paid attention to. In order to protect the labor rights and interests of workers, this study starts with the main phenomena of labor rights and interests and labor rights infringement that platform workers should have, analyzes the reasons why labor rights and interests are difficult to protect, and improves industry supervision by improving laws and regulations. Sign labor contracts and strengthen standardized employment; promote network interconnection, realize information disclosure and other measures, in order to effectively protect the labor rights and interests of platform workers.
