肺癌患者症状及心理康复研究进展

Abstract:
肺癌在我国发病率及致命率高，因其病情严重，疗效不佳，预后不良，固会对肺癌患者的身心造成巨大伤害。肺癌患者的症状和心理状态与其治疗配合程度、生活品质等密切相关。本文通过对肺癌患者症状和心理变化的影响因素进行梳理，并提出症状及心理康复等干预手段，以期为肺癌患者的症状及心理恢复提供借鉴，从而改善患者的生活质量。
Lung cancer in China has high incidence and fatal rate. Because of its serious disease, poor curative effect and poor prognosis, it will cause great harm to the physical and mental health of lung cancer patients. The symptoms and psychological status of lung cancer patients are closely related to the degree of treatment cooperation and quality of life. This paper sorts out the symptoms and psychological change influencing factors of lung cancer patients, and puts forward the intervention methods such as symptoms and psychological rehabilitation, in order to provide reference for the symptoms and psychological recovery of lung cancer patients, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
