基于共享街道理念下老城区街道空间活力营造研究——以济南市霞侣市街为例
Research on the Vitality Creation of Street Space in Old Urban Areas Based on the Concept of Shared Street—Taking Xialushi Street in Jinan as an Example

老城区承载着城市的回忆，它代表着城市的历史文化发展的奠基石。随着城市化的快速发展，“大拆大建”已经不符合城市更新的需要，而逐渐向“留改拆”城市更新的思想发展。自从国家“十四五”规划明确提出实施城市更新活动，在实现“双碳”目标下推进城市更新，全国各地的改造活动立刻执行起来。本文将从“共享街道”理念出发，遵循“以人为本”的原则对老旧城区的街道研究与改造，恢复街道活力。以济南市天桥区霞侣市街为典型代表，总结并分析该街道中现存公共空间分布不均、邻里交往活力丧失、基础设施匮乏等问题，在杜绝“大拆大建”的情况下，以期对老城区营造街道空间活力提供参考。
The old urban area carries the memories of the city and represents the cornerstone of the city’s historical and cultural development. With the rapid development of urbanization, “large-scale demolition and construction” no longer meets the needs of urban renewal, and gradually develops towards the idea of “retaining, replacing, and demolishing” urban renewal. Since the 14th Five Year Plan of the country clearly proposed the implementation of urban renewal activities and promoted urban renewal under the goal of achieving “dual carbon”, renovation activities across the country have been immediately implemented. This article will start from the concept of “shared streets” and follow the principle of “people-oriented” to study and transform the streets of old urban areas to restore street vitality. Taking Xialiangshi Street in Tianqiao District, Jinan City as a typical representative, this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of uneven distribution of public space, loss of neighborhood communication vitality, and lack of infrastructure in the street. In order to prevent “large-scale demolition and construction”, this paper aims to provide reference for creating street space vitality in the old urban area.
