共同富裕视域下促进型经济法的问题与完善思路研究

经济全球化的深化进程与社会主义市场经济架构的持续优化，将如何利用经济法的视角来指导社会财富的合理分配与高效运用推上了研究议程的核心，这既是确保经济持续健康增长的要素，也是实质性推进全民共同富裕的关键路径。共同富裕不仅体现为经济发展的逻辑需求，更是社会主义核心价值的显著标志。在此进程中，经济法的角色在于调节产权、分配关系及市场秩序，其效能直接决定了财富分配的公正性与经济发展的持续性。面对新经济形势的适应及共同富裕目标的满足，本研究意在深入分析和讨论促进型经济法在推动社会公平正义与共同富裕目标实现方面遭遇的难题，并深掘法律制度创新与改进的途径，以增强经济法的调控力度，促进经济与社会的均衡发展，助力全民共享富裕成果，这不但对国内经济法治的深化与发展具有标杆意义，同时也为全球范围内的共同富裕努力提供了经验借鉴。
The deepening process of economic globalization and the continuous optimization of the socialist market economy structure have put how to use the perspective of economic law to guide the rational distribution and efficient use of social wealth at the core of the research agenda. This is not only an element to ensure sustained and healthy economic growth, but also a key path to substantially promote common prosperity for all. Common prosperity is not only a logical requirement for economic development, but also a significant symbol of socialist core values. In this process, the role of economic law lies in regulating property rights, distribution relationships, and market order, and its effectiveness directly determines the fairness of wealth distribution and the sustainability of economic development. In the face of adapting to the new economic situation and meeting the goal of common prosperity, this study aims to deeply analyze and discuss the difficulties encountered by promoting economic laws in promoting social fairness, justice, and achieving the goal of common prosperity. It also explores ways to innovate and improve legal systems to enhance the regulatory power of economic laws, promote balanced economic and social development, and help the people share the fruits of prosperity. This not only has benchmark significance for the deepening and development of domestic economic rule of law, but also provides experience and reference for global efforts towards common prosperity.
