乡村振兴背景下梅山地区传统村落民居适应性更新策略研究——以新化县楼下村为例
Research on the Modern Adaptive Renewal Strategy of Traditional Village Dwellings in Meishan Area under the Background of Rural Revitalization—A Case Study of Louxia Village in Xinhua County

本文以乡村振兴为背景，讨论传统村落民居适应性更新策略。本文以娄底市新化县楼下村为例，通过对村落现有传统民居现状调研，发掘出宅院环境质量有待提升、单体建筑舒适性不足、与当地经济文化发展适应性差等问题，对楼下村传统民居提出适应性更新策略，从宅院环境提质、单体建筑更新、与村落经济文化发展有机结合三个方面对传统民居进行适应性更新保护。以楼下村某合院为实例进行适应性更新。最后对梅山地区传统民居进行适应性更新路径探索，为梅山地区乡村振兴拓展新的思路。
In the context of rural revitalization, this paper discusses the adaptive renewal strategies of traditional village dwellings. Taking Louxia Village in Xinhua County, Loudi City as an example, this paper excavates the problems of the environmental quality of the house, the lack of comfort of the single building, and the poor adaptability to the local economic and cultural development through the investigation of the current situation of the existing traditional houses in the village, and proposes an adaptive renewal strategy for the traditional houses in the downstairs village, and carries out adaptive renewal and protection of the traditional houses from three aspects: improving the quality of the house environment, renewing the single building, and organically combining with the economic and cultural development of the village. Take a courtyard in the village downstairs as an example for adaptive updates. Finally, the adaptive renewal path of traditional houses in Meishan area was explored, so as to expand new ideas for rural revitalization in Meishan area.
