目的论视角下民航纪录片《飞行年代》字幕翻译研究
A Study on Documentary Subtitle Translation Strategies of The Age of Aerospace in Light of Skopos Theory

本论文以纪录片之家字幕组翻译的民航纪录片《飞行年代》的中英文字幕为原始材料，深入研究了目的论的内涵，运用目的论的三个原则来分析中文字幕中的翻译策略和方法。论文首先介绍了目的论和字幕翻译的相关内容，包括其发展历史和国内外的相关研究。其次，论文具体介绍了目的论的基本概念和三个原则，即目的原则，连贯原则和忠实原则。接下来，论文基于这三个原则对该纪录片的翻译字幕进行案例分析。最后，论文认为，从目的论的角度来看，《航天时代》的翻译采取了灵活的翻译策略，值得借鉴推广。
The thesis takes the Chinese and English subtitles of The Age of Aerospace, translated by the Fansub Hub of Docu (FHD), as the original material, delving into the connotation of the Skopos theory. The three principles of the Skopos theory are applied to analyze the translation strategies and methods in the Chinese subtitle. The thesis first introduces the Skopos theory and subtitle translation, including their development history and related research at home and abroad. Then the thesis specifically introduces the basic concepts of the Skopos theory and the three principles, namely, the Skopos theory, the Coherence principle and the Fidelity principle. After that, the thesis respectively employed the three principles to conduct case analysis in the translated subtitle. With the analysis, the thesis argues that from the Skopos theory perspective, the translation of The Age of Aerospace adopts a flexible translation strategy, which is worthy of reference.
