Abstract:

运动恐惧症(恐动症)是心血管疾病预后一个重要的影响因素,严重阻碍患者身心健康及恢复。本文主要阐述了运动恐惧症的概念及理论模型,并从恐动症的相关量表、康复干预措施等方面阐述冠心病恐动症的相关研究现状及进展,旨在改善心血管疾病患者运动恐惧的不良影响及提高患者心脏康复运动治疗的依从性,为心血管疾病恐动症患者的早期干预提供理论依据与参考建议。
Kinesiophobia (fear of movement) is an important influence on the prognosis of cardiovascular disease, which seriously impedes the physical and mental health and recovery of patients. This paper mainly describes the concept and theoretical model of kinesiophobia, and reviews the current status and progress of coronary heart disease kinesiophobia related research from kinesiophobia related scales, rehabilitation interventions, etc., aiming to improve the adverse effects of kinesiophobia in patients with cardiovascular disease and improve the compliance of patients with cardiac rehabilitation and exercise therapy, and to provide the theoretical basis for early intervention in patients with cardiovascular disease kinesiophobia with reference to the recommendations.
