情绪智力对大学生压力知觉的影响——领悟社会支持的中介作用

Abstract:
为探究大学生情绪智力与压力知觉之间的关系是否受到领悟社会支持的影响。本研究采用情绪智力量表、社会支持量表、压力知觉量表对303名大学生进行调查研究。结果显示:大学生社会支持、情绪智力和压力知觉都高于中等水平;情绪智力、社会支持与大学生压力知觉呈显著的负相关,情绪智力与社会支持呈显著正相关;情绪智力对压力知觉的直接效应为?0.32 (95% CI: ?0.482~?0.158),社会支持在情绪智力和压力知觉间的部分中介效应值为?0.138 (95% CI: ?0.183~?0.033)。研究结果表明提高学生的情绪智力和领悟社会支持水平有利于改善其压力知觉状况。
To explore whether the relationship between emotional intelligence and stress perception of college students is influenced by perceived social support, in this study, 303 college students were investigated by emotional intelligence scale, social support scale and stress perception scale. The results show that the social support, emotional intelligence and stress perception of college students are higher than the middle level; Emotional intelligence and social support are negatively correlated with college students’ stress perception, while emotional intelligence is positively correlated with social support. The direct effect of emotional intelligence on stress perception is ?0.32 (95% CI: ?0.482 ~?0.158), and the partial mediating effect of social support between emotional intelligence and stress perception is ?0.138 (95% CI: ?0.183~?0.033). The results show that improving students’ emotional intelligence and understanding of social support is conducive to improving their stress perception.
