Research on the Path of Public Welfare Construction of Wholesale Agricultural Products Market in China: Based on International Experience and Enlightenment

近年来，随着经济的快速发展，国民对于食品安全有了更高层次的需求，在当前的市场经济环境下企业仍然是农产品批发市场的运行主体，而传统的企业运行模式已不再适合国内农产品批发市场的发展，实践中往往面临诸如农产品质量安全保障、价格稳定、交易风险、流通成本等方面的挑战。通过从美法日等外国的农产品批发市场的建设经验入手，对比我国目前的农产品批发市场的运营模式，结合相关调研数据，立足我国农产品批发市场的现实情况和建立公益性农产品批发市场的必要性，提出了建立批发市场行业协会、加快推动农产品市场信息化建设、建立电子拍卖平台，推动“农批对接”的模式以引导农产品批发市场的公益化建设路径。
In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy, the public has had a higher level of demand for food safety. In the current market economy environment, enterprises are still the main body of operation in the wholesale agricultural products market. However, the traditional operational mode of enterprises is no longer suitable for the development of domestic wholesale agricultural products market. In practice, it often faces challenges such as ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products, price stability, transaction risks, and circulation costs. By starting from the construction experience of wholesale agricultural products markets in countries such as the United States, France, and Japan, comparing the current operating mode of China’s wholesale agricultural products market, combining relevant research data, based on the reality of China’s wholesale agricultural products market and the necessity of establishing a public welfare wholesale agricultural products market, this paper proposes the establishment of an industry association for wholesale markets, accelerating the promotion of agricultural product market information construction, establishing an electronic auction platform, and promoting the model of “agricultural products docking” to guide the path of public welfare construction of wholesale agricultural products market.
