Abstract:

本文以生态保护话语的多模态建构为着眼点,考察了英语儿童绘本The Tantrum That Saved the World中生态保护意义(侧重于气候保护)在人际层面的实例化。通过对语篇图文的投入与耦合研究发现,绘本将气候保护阐释为整体性、艰巨性、责任性活动,并通过吸引介入、直观呈现、增强互动、平衡情感等手段有效提升了对儿童的教育影响。文章为多模态话语分析在儿童生态保护教育领域的现实应用及教育效果的达成提供了新思路。
Focusing on the multimodal construction of ecological protection discourse, this paper examines the instantiation of the meaning of ecological protection (especially climate protection) at the interpersonal level in the English children’s picture book The Tantrum That Saved the World. Through the commitment and coupling research of graphics and texts, it has been found that this book interprets climate protection as a holistic, arduous, and responsible activity, and effectively enhances the educational impact on children by attracting intervention, visualizing presentation, enhancing interaction, and balancing emotions. This paper provides new ideas for the practical application of multimodal discourse analysis in the field of children’s ecological protection education and the realization of educational effects.
