浅论现代中医诊疗模式
On the Diagnosis-and-Treatment Modes of Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的：明确提出现代中医诊疗模式，促进行业转变与提升。方法：诊断方法从“望闻问切”提升为“望闻问切验”；诊断结果采纳西医病名与中医证候，“病证结合”；治疗上，遣方用药从“君臣佐使”提升为“病证症兼顾”。结果：传统中医诊疗模式为“望闻问切–辨证论治–君臣佐使”，现代中医诊疗模式为“望闻问切验–病证结合–病证症兼顾”。结论：应从传统中医诊疗模式向现代中医诊疗模式转变，与时俱进，提高诊疗水平。
Objective: To clarify the diagnosis-and-treatment modes of modern traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of TCM in the new era. Method: The diagnostic method has been upgraded from “looking, listening, questioning and feeling the pulse” to “looking, listening, questioning, feeling the pulse and testing”; the diagnostic results adopt names of Western medical diseases and TCM syndromes, “combining diseases with syndromes”; in terms of treatment, the prescription and medication have been upgraded from being “monarch, minister, assistant and guide” to “giving consideration to disease, syndrome and symptom at the same time”. Result: The diagnosis-and-treatment modes of conventional TCM are: looking, listening, questioning and feeling the pulse; diagnosis and treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs; monarch, minister, assistant and guide. The diagnosis-and-treatment modes of modern TCM are: looking, listening, questioning, feeling the pulse and testing; combining diseases with syndromes; giving consideration to disease, syndrome and symptom at the same time. Conclusion: We should shift from the diagnosis-and-treatment modes of conventional TCM to those of modern TCM in order to keep up with the times and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
