Abstract:

在新质生产力蓬勃发展的背景下,高职院校师资队伍高质量发展面临诸多的挑战,包括教育理念与教学方法的滞后、教师知识结构与技能水平的不足、师资队伍结构不合理、教师发展机制不健全等挑战。面对挑战,本文提出以应更新教育理念,创新教学方法、加强教师知识更新与技能提升、优化师资队伍结构、完善教师发展机制等相对应的策略及建议。通过这些措施,以期推动高职教师队伍实现高质量发展,适应新时代的教育需求。
Under the background of the vigorous development of new quality productivity, the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges and universities’ teacher team faces many challenges, including the lagging behind of educational concepts and teaching methods, the insufficiency of teachers’ knowledge structure and skill level, the irrational structure of the teacher team, and the incomplete mechanism of teachers’ development, and other challenges. In the face of the challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions such as updating educational concepts, innovating teaching methods, strengthening teachers’ knowledge updating and skill enhancement, optimizing the structure of the teaching force, and improving the mechanism of teacher development. Through these measures, with a view to promoting the realization of high-quality development of higher vocational teachers’ team and adapting to the educational needs of the new era.
