新时代大学生心理辅导创新案例研究——以SFBT对高职学生自卑心理的帮扶为例
A Case Study on the Innovation of Psychological Counseling for College Students in the New Era—Taking the Help of SFBT to the Self-Abasement of Vocational College Students as an Example

本文以江西工业工程职业技术学院的阿敏同学为例，探讨了焦点解决短期疗法(SFBT)在高职学生自卑心理帮扶中的应用效果。通过问题定义、目标制定、问题分析、方案设计、实施和评估等环节，运用SFBT方法对阿敏同学的自卑心理进行了有效的干预，取得了显著的治疗效果。同时，结合课程设置、教师普及培训等因素，探讨了在高职院校中推广和应用SFBT的建议。
This paper takes Amin of Jiangxi Institute of Industrial Engineering as an example to explore the effect of short-term solution-focused therapy (SFBT) on the inferiority complex of vocational college students. Through problem definition, goal setting, problem analysis, project design, implementation and evaluation, SFBT was used to effectively intervene Amin’s inferiority complex, the remarkable curative effect was obtained. At the same time, combining with the factors such as curriculum setting, teacher training and so on, this paper probes into some suggestions on the popularization and application of SFBT in higher vocational colleges.
