数字化背景下高职院校教学质量监控评价体系构建研究

Abstract:
随着教育数字化的转型,高职院校需要利用数字化技术,充分发挥信息技术平台的功能,改善教学质量监控工作,提高教学管理效果。本文着重分析了当前高职院校教学质量监控评价工作过程中存在的问题,并有针对性地从构建专业化的教学质量监控评价体系、运用数字技术深入监测分析学情、建立高效便捷的质量监控数字化平台、制定“闭环控制、持续改进”的质量管理模式等四个方面,探讨构建高职院校教学质量监控体系的思路,确保有效提升人才培养质量。
With the transformation of education digitalization, higher vocational colleges need to utilize digital technology and give full play to the functions of the information technology platform to improve teaching quality monitoring and improve the effectiveness of teaching management. This paper focuses on analyzing the current problems in the process of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation in higher vocational institutions. It is targeted from the construction of professional teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system, the use of digital technology in-depth monitoring and analysis of the learning situation, the establishment of efficient and convenient quality monitoring digital platform and the development of “closed-loop control, continuous improvement” of the quality management model to explore the construction of higher vocational colleges and universities teaching quality monitoring system of ideas, ensuring that the quality of talent training is effectively improved.
