Abstract:

《义务教育语文课程标准(2022年版)》研制了学业质量标准,细化了学业质量评价细则。基于课程标准开展小学语文学业质量评价是落实国家课程方案的必然要求,也是教师教育教学的核心任务之一。实施小学语文学业质量评价需要从坚持评价的改革方向、解析课程标准要求及把握语文学科取向三个方面遵循其实施原则。在此原则基础上,学校、教师和教育行政部门可以通过三条实施路径:以核心素养为中心的评价体系、以“教学评一致性”统领“多元性”评价、健全评价的实施保障功能,助力学业质量评价顺利有效实施。
The Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education (2022 Edition) has developed academic quality standards and refined the details of academic quality assessment. The evaluation of academic quality of elementary school language based on the curriculum standards is an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the national curriculum program, and is also one of the core tasks of teacher education and teaching. The implementation of elementary school language academic quality assessment needs to follow the principle of its implementation in three aspects: adhering to the reform direction of assessment, analyzing the requirements of the curriculum standards and grasping the orientation of the language discipline. On the basis of this principle, schools, teachers and educational administrations can be implemented through three paths: evaluation system centered on core literacy, “consistency of teaching and evaluation” to lead the “diversity” evaluation, and sound evaluation of the implementation of the safeguard function, to help the smooth and effective implementation of the evaluation of academic quality. Evaluation is implemented smoothly and effectively.
