协同治理：公益性社会组织参与社区治理的互动逻辑
Collaborative Governance: Interactive Logic of Public Welfare Social Organizations Participating in Community Governance

社区生活本质上是各方利益主体之间的协同与互动。地方政府、社会组织、社区自组织以及社区居民以社区场域为互动平台，实现资源和利益共享。公益性社会组织作为社区治理的重要参与者，在协同治理中发挥着不可替代的作用。本文以协同治理理论为基础分析框架，探究在SFIC模型下，公益性社会组织参与社区治理的起始条件、催化领导、制度设计以及协同过程，以期在未来的社区治理中，进一步促进社区治理的民主化、科学化和规范化。
The essence of community life is the collaboration and interaction between the various stakeholders. Local governments, social organizations, community self-organizations and community residents use community fields as interactive platforms to realize resource and benefit sharing. As an important participant in community governance, public welfare social organizations play an irreplaceable role in collaborative governance. Based on the theory of collaborative governance, this paper explores the initial conditions, catalytic leadership, system design and collaborative process of public welfare social organizations participating in community governance under the SFIC model, in order to further promote the democratization, scientific and standardization of community governance in the future.
