甘露消毒丹治疗肺结节验案一则

Abstract:
肺结节的检出率愈来愈高，且有肺癌的风险倾向。高检出率随之带来人们的焦虑，且肺结节患者多无明显临床症状。现代医学研究对肺结节的指南意见尚未统一。而中医治疗肺结节有早期干预、整体施治的特点，中西医结合治疗肺结节更有优势。李世杰教授治疗肺结节有丰富的临床经验，现分享李世杰教授使用经典名方甘露消毒丹加减治疗肺结节的验案一则及诊疗思路，为肺结节的治疗提供新思路。
Pulmonary nodules are increasingly detected and there is a tendency towards a possible risk of lung cancer. The high detection rate caused people’s anxiety, and most patients with pulmonary nodules have no obvious clinical symptoms. Modern medical research has not yet harmonized the guideline opinions on pulmonary nodules. While TCM treatment of pulmonary nodules is characterized by early intervention and holistic treatment, the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is more advantageous in treating pulmonary nodules. Prof. Li Shijie has rich clinical experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules. We would like to share with you a case and therapeutic idea of Professor Li Shijie who used the classic prescription Ganlu Xiaodu Dan plus subtractions for the treatment of pulmonary nodules, which can provide new ideas for the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
