新媒体背景下高职院校思政教育面临的挑战与对策分析

新媒体时代背景下，学生接受知识、思想观念等途径更加广泛、多样、便捷，但同时对高职院校思政教育工作造成一定不良影响，使得面临较多挑战。为顺应社会与高职院校发展，要求在重视思政教育工作基础上能够积极发挥新媒体积极作用与价值丰富思政教育资源、创新教学方式，提升实际教育效果，帮助学生树立正确思想价值观念。本文首先对新媒体基本内涵与特点及其对高职院校思政教育对象产生的影响进行分析，在探讨新媒体背景下高职院校思政教育面临挑战基础上研究相应对策，以期为相关人员提供参考与借鉴。
Under the background of new media era, students receive knowledge, ideas and other ways more extensive, diverse and convenient, but at the same time, ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has a certain negative impact, make face with more challenges. In order to adapt to the development of the Society and higher vocational colleges, we should give full play to the positive role and value of the new media on the basis of attaching importance to the ideological and political education, enrich the ideological and political education resources, innovate the teaching methods, and improve the actual educational effect, help students to set up correct ideas and values. Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic connotation and characteristics of new media and its influence on the object of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges, and studies the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of discussing the challenges faced by ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the background of new media, with a view to providing reference and reference for relevant personnel.
