目的论视角下的金融文本翻译——以《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》为例
Translation of Financial Texts from the Perspective of Skopos Theory—Taking the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement as an Example

金融文本是一种非文学类的功能性文本，以传递信息为主，要求表达精确。作为金融文本的典型示范，《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》的推广和发展尤为重要。本文以汉斯·弗米尔的目的论中的目的性原则、连贯性原则和忠实性原则为指导理论，以《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》作为研究对象，对其英汉翻译技巧进行探析。研究发现，译文使用了增译、省译、转换译、逆译、顺译多种翻译策略，符合目的论的三大原则，进而说明了此理论指导金融文本翻译的可行性，以期为同类文本翻译提供借鉴，更好地服务读者。
Financial text is a non-literary functional text primarily focused on the dissemination of information and the expression of precision. As a typical demonstration of financial texts, the promotion and development of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement is particularly important. This paper explores the English-Chinese translation strategies of the RCEPA based on the principles of purpose, coherence, and faithfulness in Hans Vermeer’s Skopos theory, with the RCEPA as the study object. This paper has found that the translation uses multiple translation strategies, including addition, omission, conversion, reverse translation, and sequential translation, which conform to the three principles of Skopos theory. This further demonstrates the feasibility of this theory in guiding financial text translation, with the aim of providing a reference for similar text translations and better serving readers.
