大学生创业者时间管理能力的培养研究——以扬州大学为例
Research on the Cultivation of Time Management Ability of College Student Entrepreneurs—Taking Yangzhou University as an Example

为了深入了解当代大学生创业者时间管理的现状，团队根据文献资料罗列出了可能影响时间管理能力的8个问题并制作成问卷，然后实地调查了扬州大学的扬子津校区、荷花池校区、文汇路校区以及瘦西湖校区的大学生创业者，通过抽样调查的方式成功收集了大量真实有效的样本数据。基于这些数据，本文运用TOPSIS综合评价分析模型对问题的自我评分进行排名，然后根据排名前五的问题得出创业者在时间管理上普遍存在的不良现象包括缺乏时间观念、管理方法不合理、任务拖延严重以及抗诱惑能力较弱等。针对这些不良现象，本文进行了成因分析，并提出了一系列针对性的培养策略，旨在提高创业者的时间管理效率，进而提升他们的创业成功率。
In order to understand the present situation of the contemporary college students entrepreneurs time management, team listed according to the literature may affect the time management ability of eight problems and make a questionnaire, then field the Yangzhou University Yangtze jin campus, lotus pond campus, wenhui road campus and thin west lake campus college students entrepreneurs, through the way of sampling survey successfully collected a large number of real effective sample data. Based on these data, this paper uses the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation analysis model to rank the self-scoring of problems, and then according to the top five problems, the common bad phenomena in time management include lack of time concept, unreasonable management methods, serious task delay and weak ability to resist temptation. In view of these bad phenomena, this paper analyzes the causes, and puts forward a series of targeted training strategies, aiming to improve the efficiency of time management of entrepreneurs, and then improve their success rate of entrepreneurship.
