“1+X”证书制度的背景下高职药学专业教学标准的探究与思考

Abstract:
“1+X”证书，是深入推动新阶段职业教育改革工作，培育优秀人才的关键着力点。本文以湖南省高职院校药学专业为研究对象，分析其人才培养现状及其面临的困境，明确了人才培养顶层设计的的重要意义，并构建了药学岗位群“1+X”证书应用型人才培养模式。
The “1+X” certificate is the key point to promote the reform of vocational education in the new stage and cultivate outstanding talents. This paper takes the pharmacy major of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province as the research object, analyzes the current situation and difficulties of talent training, clarifies the significance of the top-level design of talent training, and constructs the “1+X” certificate applied talent training model for pharmacy post group.
