知识经济背景下大学生创新能力现状及提升策略研究
Research on the Current Situation and Promotion Strategy of College Students’ Innovation Ability under the Background of Knowledge Economy

知识经济是建立在知识和信息的生产、分配和使用之上的经济，知识经济的逐步到来大大冲击着我国创新型人才培养的发展，大学生作为我国创新主体之一，是实现我国创新发展的重要力量。本文以河南省高校大学生为调查对象，采用问卷调查收集样本数据，并用统计分析法对大学生创新创业能力现状进行分析发现，探究在其培养中的阻碍因素包括学生求易心理、高校创新创业指导体系不完善、指导教师缺乏等，并从学生、学校和教师3个维度提出对策及建议，为创新人才培养提供参考。
Knowledge-based economy is based on the production, distribution and use of knowledge and information. The gradual arrival of knowledge-based economy has greatly impacted the development of innovative personnel training in China. As one of the subjects of innovation in China, college students are an important force to achieve innovative development in China. In this paper, college students in Henan Province as the survey object, the use of questionnaire survey to collect sample data, and statistical analysis of the status of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability to analyze the findings, The hindering factors include students’ psychology of seeking change, imperfect guidance system of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities, and lack of guidance teachers. This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three dimensions of students, schools and teachers to provide reference for the cultivation of innovative talents.
