村集体下的小农户现代化过程中的利益联结机制研究——以淄博市猕猴桃合作社为例

Abstract:
到二零三五年基本实现农业现代化是二十大报告中全面建成社会主义现代化强国的一项重要的战略安排，但在现实操作中，传统农耕机制下的小农户生产与现代农业发展不匹配成为农业现代化进程中绕不过的一个坎。因此，如何加强小农户利益联结，是提高小农户的专业化、现代化水平的一个重要路径，具有重要的理论和现实价值。该研究以淄博市源泉镇猕猴桃党支部领办合作社为研究对象，重点分析村集体的利益联结的机制，并指导理论实践，希望能为小农户现代化过程中的利益联结提供决策参考。
The basic realization of agricultural modernization by 2035 is an important strategic arrangement in the report of the 20th National Congress to comprehensively build a socialist modernized strong country. However, in practical operation, the mismatch between the production of small farmers under traditional farming mechanisms and the development of modern agriculture has become an unavoidable obstacle in the process of agricultural modernization. Therefore, how to strengthen the interest linkage of small farmers is an important path to improve their specialization and modernization level, which has important theoretical and practical value. This study takes the kiwifruit party branch lead cooperative in Yuanyuan Town, Zibo City as the research object, focusing on analyzing the mechanism of interest linkage among village collectives and guiding theoretical practice, hoping to provide decision-making reference for interest linkage in the modernization process of small farmers.
