Abstract:

内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)具有高功率密度、高转矩密度、转速范围宽、结构紧凑等特点,常被用作电动汽车的驱动电机,其振动噪声水平对整车NVH性能具有重要影响。本文以某车用8极48槽内置V型永磁同步电机为对象,研究了动态工况下电机的径向电磁力波和电磁振动噪声特性。
The built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) has the characteristics of high power density, high torque density, wide speed range, and compact structure. It is often used as a driving motor for electric vehicles, and its vibration and noise level has a significant impact on the vehicle’s NVH performance. This article takes an 8-pole 48 slot built-in V-shaped permanent magnet synchronous motor for a certain vehicle as the object, and studies the radial electromagnetic force wave and electromagnetic vibration noise characteristics of the motor under dynamic working conditions.
