Abstract:

青藏高原,这片被誉为“世界屋脊”的广袤土地,不仅以其雄伟的自然景观吸引着世界各地的目光,更以其独特的生物多样性为食品安全提供了坚实的天然屏障。这里的气候条件、土壤环境以及生态系统都孕育了丰富的动植物资源,为食品安全提供了无可替代的原材料。本文在阐述生物多样性概念的基础上,探析了青藏高原生物多样性遭受破坏的原因,深挖青藏高原生物缺失、食品安全问题的原因。诸如:典型复杂的地貌,脆弱的生态环境,有限的生存空间;研究了保护生物多样性的方法,遵循可持续发展的原则,全方位融合了世界关注的食品安全问题和生物多样性破坏问题。
The Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the vast land known as the “roof of the world”, not only attracts the attention of all over the world with its majestic natural landscape, but also provides a solid natural barrier for food safety with its unique biodiversity. The climate conditions, soil environment and ecosystem here all give birth to rich animal and plant resources, providing irreplaceable raw materials for food safety. On the basis of explaining the concept of biodiversity, this paper explores the reasons of the destruction of biodiversity in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and explores the causes of biological loss and food safety problems in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Such as: typical complex landform, fragile ecological environment, limited living space; studied the methods to protect biodiversity, follow the principle of sustainable development, the comprehensive integration of food safety and biodiversity destruction issues, a comprehensive integration of global concerns about food security and biodiversity destruction.
