基于ANSYS的离合器膜片弹簧结构优化与有限元分析

Abstract:
随着汽车产业不断发展,驾驶者对车辆舒适度和安全性能提出了更高的要求。离合器是油车重要动力传输零部件,对车辆稳定驾驶有重要意义。膜片弹簧因结构紧凑、性能稳定和使用寿命长的优点而被广泛应用,对膜片弹簧进行有限元分析和结构优化十分必要。本文基于ANSYS软件对膜片弹簧进行静应力分析,通过比较不同载荷下最大应力值和变形量的变化,验证结构的稳定性,模态分析结果表明膜片弹簧与发动机不会发生共振。在膜片弹簧端面冲制加强筋,优化其结构和改善分离状况,并通过静力学分析验证优化后结构的强度。
With the continuous development of the automobile industry, drivers have put forward higher requirements for comfort and safety performance of vehicle. Clutch is a key power transmission component, which is important to the stability of vehicles in driving. Diaphragm spring is widely used because of its compact structure, stable performance and long service life, so the finite element analysis and structure optimization of diaphragm spring are quite necessary. Static stress analysis is made based on ANSYS software in this paper, and the stability of the structure is verified by comparing the maximum stress value and deformation changes under different loads. The modal analysis results show that the diaphragm spring will not resonate with the engine. The diaphragm spring is punched with reinforcement to optimize the structure and improve its separation condition, and the strength of the optimized structure is verified by static analysis.
