临床护理路径在经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术后的应用
The Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway after Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiography and Pancreatography (ERCP)

目的：探讨临床护理路径在经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术后的应用效果。方法：选择2021年1月~2021年12月期间在盐城某三甲医院消化科行经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术的191例患者作为研究对象，采用整群抽样法，消化一科的100例患者为干预组，消化二科的91例患者为对照组。对照组予以常规术后护理，干预组予以临床护理路径方案进行护理。比较2组的护理质量得分、不良事件发生率和患者满意度得分。结果：在护理质量方面，干预组护士的护理安全、工作效率、理论知识显著高于对照组。干预组表现出较低的不良事件发生率，并且患者对该组的满意度显著高于对照组，其差异在统计学上具有显著性(P < 0.05)。结论：采用临床护理路径模式可以有效增强护士的工作效率和护理质量，降低ERCP术后患者不良事件的发生，并提高患者及其家属的满意度，值得临床推广。
Aim: To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway after ERCP. Methods: The entire group of sampling methods were adopted. From January 2021 to December 2021, 191 patients with ERCP were selected as this research object. 100 patients in the first section of the digestive section are intervention groups, and 91 patients in the digestive rooms are controlled groups. The control group received regular care, and the intervention group received clinical nursing pathway. Compare the nursing quality scores, adverse events and patient satisfaction scores in the two groups. Results: In terms of the quality of nursing, the care of the nurses of the nurse in the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The intervention group shows the incidence of lower adverse events, and the patient’s satisfaction with the group is significantly higher than that of the control group, and its differences are statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The use of clinical nursing pathway mode can effectively improve the work efficiency and nursing quality of the nurse, reduce the occurrence of bad events after ERCP, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
