试论我国人才红利释放的路径创新——基于马克思主义人口理论视角
On the Path Innovation of Releasing Talent Dividends in China: Based on the Perspective of Marxist Population Theory

随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧，中国逐渐失去了过去所依赖的廉价劳动力红利。为了弥补这一缺口，提高人口素质、培养高质量人才成为促进经济发展的重要途径。高质量人才可以带动产业结构升级，推动经济向高端制造业和服务业转型升级，从而提高经济竞争力。马克思主张要科学对待人口问题，提出适当的人口政策，以促进社会经济的发展，本文基于马克思主义人口理论视角，并结合当前人才培养的现状及问题，阐释如何借助高等教育来培养人才，从而推动经济的持续发展。
With the intensification of the aging population trend, China has gradually lost the dividend of cheap labor that it relied on in the past. To fill this gap, improving population quality and cultivating high-quality talents have become important ways to promote economic development. High quality talents can drive the upgrading of industrial structure, promote the transformation and upgrading of the economy towards high-end manufacturing and service industries, and thus improve economic competitiveness. Marx advocated for a scientific approach to population issues, proposing appropriate population policies to promote socio-economic development. This article is based on the perspective of Marxist population theory and combined with the current situation and problems of talent cultivation, explaining how to use higher education to cultivate talents and promote sustainable economic development.
