自媒体时代“洗稿”侵权行为研究
A Study on the Infringement of “Article Laundering” in the Era of “We Media”

自媒体是指网络用户借助媒体平台上传的，反映其生活、观点，或分析现象、社会热点的网络作品，随着手机的发展已经走入千家万户的日常生活。但是，随着自媒体的发展，“洗稿”侵权行为日益猖獗，甚至有人表示自媒体“洗稿”时代已经来临。本文从自媒体平台“洗稿”侵权现状入手，分析了“洗稿”侵权行为发生的原因和现阶段面临的困境，最后提出了解决方案，为保护原创作者的知识产权、净化网络环境、促进自媒体行业发展提出了优化建议。
“We media” refers to online works uploaded by network users with the help of media platforms to reflect their lives, views, or analyze phenomena and social hot spots. With the development of mobile phones, they have entered the daily life of thousands of families. However, with the development of “we media”, the infringement of “Article Laundering” is increasingly rampant, and some people even say that the era of “Article Laundering” by “We media” has come. Starting from the current situation of the infringement of “Article Laundering” on we-media platforms, this paper analyzes the causes of the infringement of “Article Laundering” and the difficulties it faces at this stage, and finally puts forward solutions to protect the intellectual property rights of original authors, purify the network environment and promote the development of we-media industry.
