Abstract:

本文聚焦一线服务员工的体面劳动问题,深入剖析一线服务员工体面劳动的诉求、意蕴以及提升路径。通过对当前一线服务员工劳动状况的分析,揭示了其在劳动权益保障、工作条件改善、职业发展和晋升机会、社会尊重和认可的强烈诉求,并深入探讨了体面劳动的内涵与意义。在此基础上,提出了提升一线服务员工体面劳动感知需要集合国家保障、企业支持、个体努力三方力量来营造和谐共荣的劳动力市场,以期为我国服务行业的持续健康发展提供有益参考。
This paper focuses on the issue of decent work for frontline service employees, deeply analyzing their demands, implications, and improvement paths towards achieving it. Through the analysis of the current labour conditions of frontline service employees, it reveals their strong demands for labour rights and interests protection, improvement of working conditions, career development and promotion opportunities, as well as gaining social respect and recognition. It also delves into the connotation and significance of decent work. Based on this, it proposes that to enhance the perception of decent work among frontline service employees, it is necessary to gather the tripartite forces of state protection, enterprise support and individual efforts, so as to create a harmonious and co-prosperous labour market, with a view to providing a useful reference for the sustainable and healthy development of China’s service industry.
