生态马克思主义是一种将马克思主义与生态学相结合的理论体系，旨在探讨环境问题与社会问题之间的相互关系，是20世纪中期兴起的对当今社会产生重大影响和冲击的社会思潮。生态马克思主义是一种对当代资本主义工业扩张所导致的生态危机的理论回应，其产生于西方资本主义工业化所导致的日益严重的生态危机的背景下，并伴随着西方绿色环境保护运动的兴起。本文在厘清生态马克思主义的兴起和发展和生态马克思主义的主要内容的基础之上，强调了生态马克思主义对于解决当前环境危机和社会问题的重要性，接着从几个方面详细阐述了生态马克思主义的当代价值。生态马克思主义可以为当今世界提供一种新的解决方案，以实现环境保护、社会公正和人类发展的可持续性，同时生态马克思主义对当代我国生态文明建设和经济社会发展具有非常重要的价值。
Ecological Marxism is a theoretical system that combines Marxism and ecology, aiming to explore the relationship between environmental problems and social problems. It is a social trend of thought that arose in the middle of the 20th century and has a great impact on today’s society. Ecological Marxism is a theoretical response to the ecological crisis caused by the expansion of modern capitalist industry. It comes into being under the background of the increasingly serious ecological crisis caused by Western capitalist industrialization, and is accompanied by the rise of the western green environmental protection movement. On the basis of clarifying the rise and development of ecological Marxism and the main contents of ecological Marxism, this paper emphasizes the importance of ecological Marxism to solve the current environmental crisis and social problems, and then elaborates the contemporary value of ecological Marxism from several aspects. Ecological Marxism can provide a new solution for today’s world to achieve environmental protection, social justice and the sustainability of human development. At the same time, ecological Marxism has a very important value for the construction of ecological civilization and economic and social development in contemporary China.
