区域特殊教育事业发展的现状、问题与建议
Present Situation, Problems and Suggestions of the Development of Regional Special Education Cause

本文对我国西南某地区的特殊教育学校、学生、教师队伍、教学环境和教学课程等方面进行了梳理和分析，发现该地区的特殊教育工作已经取得了一定的成就。特殊教育体系基本形成，特殊教育学校数量、毕业特殊学生人数、特殊教育教师数量持续增长，教学条件日益向好，课程设置较为完善，但还有需要继续改进的地方。健全教育体系，完善学前特殊教育、职业特殊教育、增加高等特殊教育，扩大特殊教育学生的招生规模；优化师资队伍建设、提高教师专业化水平；加强政府支持，政府的教育政策和教育经费向特殊教育领域倾斜，保证特殊儿童的受教育权。
This paper combs and analyzes the special education schools, students, teachers, teaching environment and teaching courses in a certain area of southwest China, and finds that the special education work in this area has made some achievements. The system and pattern of special education have basically taken shape. The number of special education schools, students graduating with disabilities, and special education teachers are on the rise. The conditions for running schools are improving, and the curriculum is relatively complete, but there is still room for improvement. Improve the education system, improve preschool special education, vocational special education, increase higher special education, and expand the enrollment of special education students; Optimize the construction of teachers and improve the professional level of teachers; Strengthen government support, the government’s education policy and education funds are tilted towards the field of special education, and ensure the right to education of special children.
