精神科患者自杀综合护理实验的案例设计与评价

Abstract:
目的:基于客观结构化临床考试框架开发相匹配的精神科自杀患者综合护理实验案例并予以评价。方法:组建团队编制案例,按照病例脚本格式进行案例开发,由专家小组会议进行评价。结果:设计三套OSCE考核案例,专家对案例的内容、评分标准、标准化病人表演适用性、考生能力要求等进行评价并提出建议。结论:精神科患者自杀综合护理实验的OSCE案例设计情境真实、内容饱满;专家评价积极,建议合理,本研究为未来精神科护理多站点考核的实施奠定基础。
Objective: According to the Objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) framework, to develop and evaluate the matched comprehensive nursing experimental cases of suicide patients in psychiatry department. Methods: Forming a team to prepare the case, developed the case according to the format of the case script, evaluating it through expert group meeting. Results: Three sets of OSCE assessment cases were designed as a result. Experts evaluated the content, scoring standards, applicability of standardized patient performance, candidates’ ability requirements of the cases and provided suggestions. Conclusion: The OSCE case design of the comprehensive nursing experiment for psychiatric patients’ suicide is realistic and enrichment; The expert’s evaluation is positive and reasonable. The research was layed the foundation for the implementation of multi-site assessment in the psychiatry department in future.
