Abstract:

近年来,随着本专科生群体数量的扩招,对本专科生辅导员队伍的各方面建设提出了更高的要求。本专科生辅导员是本专科生教育管理的重要依托主体,增强其职业认同感,对促进本专科生辅导员队伍建设,提高学校教育管理水平至关重要。基于此,文章以辅导员为研究对象,运用扎根理论和深度访谈等研究方法,从三个维度探讨其职业认同感的构成要素及作用机制,进而提出提升本专科生辅导员职业认同感,建立本专科生辅导员团队建设长效机制的对策。
In recent years, with the expansion of the number of junior and college students, higher requirements are put forward for the construction of junior college students in all aspects. Junior college students are the main body of education and management of junior college students. Enhancing their professional identity is very important to promote the construction of junior college students and improve the level of school education and management Based on this, this article takes the staff as the research object, uses grounded theory and in-depth interviews to explore the constituent elements and mechanism of their professional identity from three dimensions, and then puts forward the countermeasures to enhance the professional identity of the junior college students and establish a long-term mechanism for the team building of the junior college students.
