河南省数字经济和新型城镇化融合发展对策研究
The Countermeasure Research on the Integrated Development of Digital Economy and New Urbanization in Henan Province

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央从国家发展全局出发，准确把握全球大势，明确了将数字经济高质量发展上升为国家战略。河南省作为我国的农业大省和人口大省，新型城镇化建设也始终处于进行时，在多种发展战略并存的情况下，由于种种不利因素和现实难题的限制，河南省数字经济融合新型城镇化的发展尚未取得较好成效。如何使数字经济和新型城镇化融合发展，共同推动河南省的经济发展是河南省当前所亟待解决的重要难题。本论文深入研究了河南省新型城镇化的发展现状，发现数字经济融合新型城镇化有所发展但发展进程较慢。为了努力克服两种战略融合发展所存在的问题，本论文从多方面考虑，为二者融合发展促进河南省的经济高质量发展提出适当的建议和对策。
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, the Party Central Committee has accurately grasped the global trend from the perspective of the overall national development, and clearly stated that the high-quality development of the digital economy has been elevated to a national strategy. As a major agricultural province and a populous province in China, the construction of new urbanization in Henan Province has always been ongoing. Under the coexistence of various development strategies, due to various unfavorable factors and practical difficulties, the integration and development of the digital economy and new urbanization in Henan Province has not yet achieved good results. How to integrate the digital economy and new urbanization to jointly promote the economic development of Henan Province is an important issue that Henan Province urgently needs to solve. This paper deeply studies the current development status of new urbanization in Henan Province, and finds that the integration of digital economy and new urbanization has developed but the development process is slow. In order to overcome the problems existing in the integrated development of the two strategies, this paper considers from various aspects and puts forward appropriate suggestions and countermeasures for the integrated development of the two to promote the high-quality economic development of Henan Province.
