民办高校护理本科生自我意识对自主学习能力的影响研究

Abstract:

目的:了解民办高校护理本科生自我意识和自主学习能力现状,并分析自我意识对自主学习能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,于2023年11月选取杭州市某民办本科高校163名护理专业大学生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、自我意识量表、自主学习能力量表对其进行问卷调查。结果:163名民办高校护理本科生自我意识总分平均得分为(46.65 ± 8.59)分,自主学习能力总分平均得分为(71.81 ± 14.51)分;民办高校护理本科生自我意识总分与自主学习能力总分呈正相关(r = 0.308, P < 0.01),分层回归分析显示,自我意识可独立解释自主学习能力总变异的7.8%。结论:民办高校护理本科生自我意识和自主学习能力均处于中等水平,自我意识与自主学习能力总分及其各维度均呈正相关,自我意识可正向预测其自主学习能力。故民办高校护理教育者可针对学生的自我意识采取相应措施,以提高民办高校护理本科生的自主学习能力。
Objective: To understand the status of self-awareness and self-regulated learning ability of nursing undergraduates in a private university, and analyze the influence of self-awareness on self-regulated learning ability. Methods: Using convenient sampling method, 163 nursing students from a private undergraduate university in Hangzhou were selected as the research object in November 2023, and they were investigated by general information questionnaire, self-awareness scale and self-regulated learning ability scale. Results: The average total score of 163 nursing undergraduates in a private university was (46.65 ± 8.59), and the average total score of self-regulated learning ability was (71.81 ± 14.51). The total score of self-awareness of nursing undergraduates in private university was positively correlated with the total score of self-regulated learning ability (r = 0.308, P < 0.01). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that self-awareness could independently explain 7.8% of the total variation of self-regulated learning ability. Conclusion: Self-awareness and self-regulated learning ability of nursing undergraduates in a private university was at a medium level. Self-awareness is positively correlated with the total score of self-regulated learning ability and its dimensions, and self-awareness can positively predict their self-regulated learning ability. Therefore, nursing educators in private university can take corresponding measures for students’ self-awareness to improve the self-regulated learning ability of nursing undergraduates in private university.
