医务社工介入生命教育服务研究——以“星光护卫队”生命教育项目为例
Research on the Involvement of Medical Social Workers in Life Education Services —A Case Study of the “Starlight Guardian” Life Education Project

本研究以“星光护卫队”生命教育项目为例，探讨了医务社工介入生命教育服务的现状、问题与发展建议。研究发现，当前医务社工介入生命教育服务存在形式单一、受益群体有限、社会认知度不足以及缺乏系统性和合力等问题。针对这些问题，本研究提出了丰富服务形式、扩大受益群体、加强社会宣传、建立系统性合作机制以及加强专业培训和人才培养等具体建议。通过实施这些措施，可以有效提升生命教育服务的质量和效果，推动其健康可持续发展。本研究不仅为医务社工介入生命教育提供了有力的理论支撑和实践指导，也为推动生命教育的发展和完善做出了积极贡献，共同推动生命教育事业的进步。
This study takes the “Starlight Guardian” life education project as an example to explore the current situation, challenges, and development suggestions of medical social workers’ involvement in life education services. The research finds that the current involvement of medical social workers in life education services faces issues such as limited and uniform service forms, a restricted beneficiary group, insufficient social awareness, and a lack of systematic cooperation and collaborative efforts. To address these problems, the study proposes specific recommendations, including diversifying service forms, expanding the beneficiary group, strengthening social promotion, establishing systematic cooperation mechanisms, and enhancing professional training and talent development. By implementing these measures, the quality and effectiveness of life education services can be effectively improved, promoting their healthy and sustainable development. This study not only provides strong theoretical support and practical guidance for medical social workers’ involvement in life education but also makes a positive contribution to advancing the development and refinement of life education, jointly propelling the progress of the life education endeavor.
