Abstract:

一氧化碳中毒是许多发达国家及发展中国家常见的意外致死原因,其中急性重症一氧化碳中毒的死亡率可能超过50%。关于一氧化碳中毒机制有多种学说,尚无统一定论。目前一氧化碳中毒的治疗主要采用高压氧治疗,缺乏有效的治疗手段,DEACMP (delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning,一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病)仍保持较高发病率,严重影响患者预后。
Carbon monoxide poisoning is a common cause of accidental death in many developed and developing countries, with the mortality rate for acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning potentially exceeding 50%. There are various theories about the mechanism of carbon monoxide poisoning, yet there is no consensus. Currently, the main treatment for carbon monoxide poisoning is hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and there is a lack of effective treatment methods. Delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning (DEACMP) still maintains a high incidence rate, significantly affecting patient prognosis.
