三级联动大学生创新创业计划训练项目育人模式探索

大学生创新创业计划训练项目在培养高水平创新人才方面发挥着重要作用，促进高等学校转变教育思想观念，改革人才培养模式，强化创新创业能力训练，对于国家创新转型具有重要意义。宿州学院是安徽省省属全日制普通本科院校，在组织执行“大学生创新创业计划训练项目”过程中有三个级别，通过校级、省级、国家级大学生创新创业训练项目三层次培养，学生的团队协作能力和沟通、语言表达、活动组织等方面的综合能力得到锻炼，在科研方面有了自己独特的见解，学生的创新意识和创新能力有很大程度的提升，为国家培养高水平创新人才添砖加瓦，反映了“三级联动”理论的可行性，可以作为同类型高校在开展“大创”项目过程的有效参考范例，为创新型国家建设培育更优秀的高水平创新人。
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students plays an important role in training high-level innovative talents, promoting colleges and universities to change their educational ideas, reform the talent training mode, and strengthen the training of innovative and entrepreneurial ability. It is of great significance for the transformation of national innovation. Suzhou College is a full-time ordinary undergraduate university in Anhui Province. There are three levels in the process of organizing and implementing the “The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program for College Students”. Through the training of university-level, provincial and national college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, students’ teamwork ability and comprehensive abilities in communication, language expression and activity organization have been trained, and they have their own unique views on scientific research. Students’ innovative consciousness and ability have been greatly improved, which contributes to the cultivation of high-level innovative talents for the country, which reflects the feasibility of the “three-level linkage” theory. It can be used as an effective reference example for the same type of colleges and universities in the process of carrying out “great innovation” projects, and cultivate more excellent high-level innovators for the construction of an innovative country.
