穴位埋线治疗腰痛病的临床研究进展

Abstract:
腰痛病在临床治疗中屡见不鲜，许多患者长期受到腰痛的困扰，不仅在功能活动上受到严重限制，精神情绪也受到巨大影响，极大地影响了患者的健康状况以及生活质量。而针刺、电针、穴位埋线等中医外治疗法治疗腰痛病，具有操作安全、适宜面广、简单易用、临床效果显著的特点。因此，本文梳理并总结了近年来穴位埋线治疗腰痛领域的多项研究，旨在为医师临床治疗腰痛时提供参考。
Low back pain is not uncommon in clinical treatment, and many patients suffer from low back pain for a long time, which not only severely restricts their functional activities, but also suffers a huge impact on their mental and emotional well-being, which greatly affects the health status and quality of life of patients. However, acupuncture, electroacupuncture, acupoint embedding and other traditional Chinese medicine treatments for low back pain have the characteristics of safe operation, wide suitability, simple and easy to use, and remarkable clinical effects. Therefore, this article summarizes a number of studies in the field of acupoint thread embedding in the treatment of low back pain in recent years, aiming to provide a reference for physicians in the clinical treatment of low back pain.
