焦虑障碍的心理治疗

Abstract:
近年来，焦虑障碍的发病率越来越高，焦虑障碍的治疗包括药物治疗、心理治疗、和药物治疗联合心理治疗。药物治疗存在成瘾性和耐药性等弊端。本文综述了焦虑障碍的心理治疗方法，心理治疗具有安全有效的优势，可单独使用或者联合药物治疗。总结和归纳这些疗法，提高焦虑障碍的心理治疗多途径选择。
Recent years, the incidence rate of anxiety disorder is increasing. The treatment of anxiety disorder includes drug therapy, psychotherapy, and drug therapy combined with psychotherapy. Drug therapy has drawbacks such as addiction and drug resistance. This article reviews the psychological treatment methods for anxiety disorders. Psychological treatment has the advantages of safety and effectiveness, and can be used alone or in combination with medication. Summarize and sum up these therapies, to improve the psychological treatment of anxiety disorders in multiple ways to choose.
