新商科背景下工商管理类研究生创新创业教育课程改革研究

Abstract:
在新商科背景下，对于工商管理类研究生创新创业教育课程的改革势在必行。当前，我国高校在工商管理类研究生创新创业教育上取得了诸多成效，但在创新创业教育课程设置上也存在着诸多问题，如：课程目标设计不清晰、专业教育与创新创业课程融合不够、创新创业教育课程内容单一且实践性不足、创新创业教育课程评价体系不健全。在新商科背景下，对工商管理类研究生的创新创业课程开展改革措施，包括：基于创新创业需求重构研究生双创课程目标，构建研究生专创融合课程体系，注重研究生创新创业实践教学，完善研究生创新创业教育课程评价体系。
In the context of new business studies, reforming innovation and entrepreneurship education courses for graduate students in business administration is imperative. Currently, Chinese universities have achieved many results in innovation and entrepreneurship education for graduate students in business administration. However, there are also many problems in the design of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses, such as unclear course objectives, insufficient integration of professional education with innovation and entrepreneurship courses, monotonous content and lack of practicality in innovation and entrepreneurship education courses, and incomplete evaluation system for innovation and entrepreneurship education courses. In the context of new business studies, reform measures for innovation and entrepreneurship courses for graduate students in business administration include: reconstructing the objectives of graduate double innovation courses based on the demand for innovation and entrepreneurship, constructing a system of integrated courses for graduate innovation and entrepreneurship, focusing on graduate innovation and entrepreneurship practical teaching, and improving the evaluation system for graduate innovation and entrepreneurship education courses.
